Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or placing any bet on the sba99 platform. By creating an account, you agree to be legally bound by every clause set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account. sba99 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
Each individual may hold exactly one sba99 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be voided. Share no account credentials with any other person.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements are stated clearly at the point of claim. Attempting to exploit bonus terms may result in account suspension.
sba99 may request identity documents (national ID, bank statement) before processing withdrawals. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for permanent account closure.
Collusion, arbitrage abuse, use of bots or automated tools, and exploitation of technical errors are all strictly prohibited. sba99 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts without prior notice.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific product rules or promotional terms referenced herein.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and sba99 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements, whether oral or written.
2.3 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact sba99 support to close your Account.
3.1 To register an Account and place Bets on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
3.2 sba99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.3 Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute is not permitted. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of any Bonus funds, and may result in forfeiture of all Balance in the duplicate Account.
4.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid and actively monitored email address, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and your date of birth.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or authentication codes with any third party. sba99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify sba99 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account by contacting the support team at the email address published on this Platform.
4.5 sba99 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, subject to the return of any undisputed real-money Balance held in that Account.
5.1 sba99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:
5.2 KYC documents are processed within two business days of receipt. sba99 will notify you by email of the outcome.
5.3 Withdrawal requests will be queued but not released until KYC verification is completed where required. The Platform's stated withdrawal processing times apply only to verified accounts.
5.4 All documents are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and AML compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or court order.
6.1 sba99 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). Supported channels and minimum/maximum deposit limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
6.2 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed. Any resulting credit to your Account Balance will be voided.
6.3 Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction (subject to channel-specific minimums as displayed on the deposit page).
6.4 sba99 does not charge deposit processing fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges — these are outside sba99's control and responsibility.
6.5 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time in most cases. Where a delay exceeds 30 minutes, please contact sba99 support with the transaction reference number provided by your bank or e-wallet.
7.1 Withdrawals may be requested by verified Account holders via the same channels available for deposits. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of 07:00–23:00 WIB will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window.
7.2 Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and are displayed in your Account dashboard.
7.3 sba99 targets a processing time of 10–30 minutes for verified accounts requesting bank transfer withdrawals, and 5–15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals. These are operational targets, not contractual guarantees. Processing may be delayed in cases where KYC verification is pending, a withdrawal is flagged for security review, or system maintenance is in progress.
7.4 Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity records held by sba99. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be declined.
7.5 Bonus funds and Bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met. The status of your Wagering Requirement completion is visible in your Account dashboard.
7.6 sba99 does not charge withdrawal fees. Bank transfer charges imposed by receiving financial institutions are the Member's responsibility.
8.1 All promotions offered by sba99, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards, are subject to their individual promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail.
8.2 Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonuses that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met will be removed from the Account Balance along with any associated winnings.
8.3 sba99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions that have already been claimed and where the qualifying deposit has been made will be honoured under the terms active at the time of claim.
8.4 Only one promotion may be active per product category (sports, slots, live casino, togel) at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
8.5 Systematic exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting across accounts, and use of automated tools to complete Wagering Requirements — is strictly prohibited. sba99 reserves the right to void Bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts where abuse is detected.
9.1 All Bets are accepted subject to the specific game rules, sport-specific rules, and market rules displayed on the relevant section of the Platform. Members are responsible for reading and understanding applicable rules before placing any Bet.
9.2 Once a Bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member except where an Early Cashout feature is expressly available and the Member elects to use it before the relevant event concludes.
9.3 sba99 reserves the right to void any Bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error (palpable error), a technical malfunction, or a system feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's Balance.
9.4 In the event of a disputed Bet outcome, the ruling of the relevant sporting body, official results provider, or independent adjudicator (as applicable) shall be final. sba99's decision on all Bet settlement matters is final and binding.
9.5 For togel (numbers lottery) bets: draw results are sourced from the official draw authority of each respective market (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau). sba99 is not responsible for delays or errors originating from official draw authorities.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
11.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the sba99 brand name — is the property of sba99 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No other right or licence is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without sba99's prior written consent.
12.1 sba99's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.
12.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Please submit such requests to the support email published on this Platform.
13.1 sba99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All Members are encouraged to use the Platform's responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.
13.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended for wagering activity and all marketing communications will be ceased immediately. Self-exclusion periods may not be shortened once activated.

13.4 The 21+ age restriction is absolute. sba99 uses commercially reasonable age verification measures. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account permanently closed and any Balance held will be returned to the depositing payment account after deduction of any Bonus funds.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sba99, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
14.2 sba99's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14.3 sba99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary Platform unavailability. sba99 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits sba99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
15.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting sba99 support. Any undisputed real-money Balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
15.2 sba99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) sba99 suspects fraud, collusion, or money laundering; (c) regulatory or legal obligations require it; or (d) continued operation of your Account poses an unacceptable risk to sba99 or other users.
15.3 In cases of Account closure due to breach, sba99 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is substantiated, the Balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.
15.4 Upon Account closure for any reason, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law) shall continue in full force.
16.1 sba99 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they adversely affect your existing rights or obligations — sba99 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account and by publishing the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
16.2 Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or additions that do not reduce Member rights) may be published without prior notice.
16.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
17.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which sba99's operator entity is incorporated. The specific governing jurisdiction is stated in the operator's licence documentation, available on request.
17.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You should submit a formal complaint to the sba99 support team in the first instance, describing the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought.
17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the formal complaint being submitted, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
17.4 Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
